PIPES!

Hi-
There seems to be a lingering blocked pipe issues. We can not put anything down the drain in either kitchen. So, have ordered some boxed coffee from Dunkin Donuts. Hopefully, it will be enough! Let's put out two hot water urns for tea...those don't need a full washing.

We can also use the silver milk cups. I took them home last week and washed them- any volunteers for this week?

There is a slight change in coffee hour this Sunday. Bishop Guerra will be speaking in Fellowship Hall. The tables should be set up along the side of the room. People will be able to get their coffee and sit down to listen. We can quietly collect the urns to clean up. There is no additional Adult Ed opportunities, so we do not need to put coffee in the Harrison Room.

New Calendar System

We are trying something new. It's called a Doodle calendar. So far, it seems pretty easy. You can you on and sign up yourself and we can all see who is on and where we need coverage. I signed up everyone who gave me dates. If you haven't signed up yet, just click on the "Coffee hour sign up" and insert your name and check off the date you can work, then click Save. Let me know if you have any questions and thank you, Beth for showing us Doodle.

New Fall Schedule

I am making the new Fall Schedule. If you have specific dates you cannot work, please post them on the comment box below. Remember to use anonymous as your sign in and type your name with your conflict dates. For this weekend, we have 3 for set (Hannah, Susan Scauzzo and Lois) and 1 clean up (Susan Smart)

Hope everyone is recovering from a busy, successful St. David's fair!
