First things first—thanks to everyone who stopped by to help out the scheduled crew during last week’s coffee hour! We had lots of helping hands and good fellowship . . . We also had some water-related excitement in the kitchenette. After church, we discovered that water was pouring out of the overflow valve in the big coffee maker (which isn’t used in the summer). The kitchen was on the way to becoming an indoor swimming pool. Luckily, Toshi was able to find the water shut-off valve and stop the flow . . . Hopefully the necessary repairs have been made and things will be back to normal this week.
You’ll see we have a light crew each of the remaining weeks in August. Please consider helping out if you are in church any of these Sundays.
